Mr. Li was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1991 and the Chinese Court in 1999. Mr. Li received his Bachelor’s Degree from Jilin University, Master’s Degree from the Beijing Institute of International Relations and his J.D. from Duke University’s School of Law.
