康思远 华晨宝马汽车有限公司总裁兼首席执行官 Olaf Kastner President & CEO, BMW Brilliance Automotive Ltd, China.

康思远先生自2009年开始担任华晨宝马汽车有限公司总裁兼首席执行官。此前，他曾担任宝马英国有限公司财务总监。康思远先生于1998年加入宝马集团，担任宝马集团子公司巴伐利亚Wirtschaftsagentur有限责任公司总经理，同时兼任宝马金融服务执行委员会委员。

1985年至1998年期间任职于法国安盛保险公司德国分公司（公司前身为Colonia保险股份公司和北极星保险有限公司），在德国本土及其它国家担任不同级别的管理职务，分别负责过工业保险、再保险和风险管理业务。

康思远先生毕业于德国汉堡大学，获硕士学位。毕业后留校任教四年，担任保险与决策论分科的初级讲师，直至1985年。

2010年-2011年康思远先生先后被沈阳市政府和辽宁省政府授予“沈阳市玫瑰奖”和“辽宁省友谊奖”。

Since 2009 Olaf Kastner has been President & CEO of BMW Brilliance Automotive Ltd, China.

Before, he served as CFO of BMW UK Ltd. in London. Mr. Kastner joined BMW in 1998 as Managing Director of Bavaria Wirtschaftsagentur GmbH, a subsidiary of BMW and was a member of the BMW Financial Service Executive Committee.

From 1985 to 1998 he worked for the German subsidiary of AXA (previously Colonia Insurance AG and Nordstern Insurance AG, Germany) in various management and senior management responsibilities in Germany and abroad with a focus on Industrial Insurance, Reinsurance and Risk Management.

Mr. Kastner is a graduate of the University of Hamburg and served 4 years as Junior Lecturer at the department of Insurance and Decision Theory before 1985.

In 2010 Mr. Kastner received the Shenyang Rose Award by the Shenyang Municipal Government and in 2011 the Liaoning Friendship Award.
