Introduction

Across the globe the world needs impactful leaders. We need people who possess the technical acumen, personal attributes, and moral compass to both “get along” and “get it right.” We need leaders of consequence who demonstrate competence, character, and purpose and can maneuver the complexities of interdependent issues within organizations and across geographies and cultures.

Leveraging the strengths of a world-class business school and one of China’s leading business media outlets, Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and Caixin Media get together to host the Duke-Caixin Global Leadership Forum, Saturday, April 19th, 2014, in downtown Beijing.

This truly unique platform will bring together top executives, experts, and practitioners to reflect on impactful leadership. We will examine a host of issues facing leaders at various levels within organizations.
