- In the post-pandemic era, Asian economies have reinforced their commitments to green and low-carbon development and to digital transformation. Bearing a crucial responsibility in decarbonization, Asia is uniquely positioned to lead the charge in clean energy investment and technology, with China, Japan, India and Middle East countries ranking at the top of clean energy investment. Meanwhile, Asia is rapidly emerging as a hub for technological advancement and digital economic growth. International cooperation in these new frontiers has kept its momentum notwithstanding strong headwinds brought by geopolitical conflicts and deglobalization.
