Dave Kong 江泽民

江泽民 苏黎世保险公司亚洲区工程险部总监 Dave Kong Head of Construction, Asia, Zurich Insurance.

江泽民先生拥有20多年工程险核保和作为保险顾问的经验，包括服务和管理主要全球性客户、风险查勘、安排再保险计划和处理复杂的技术性赔案等。

江先生在工程保险方面的经验在他服务全球性客户中不断的丰富和扩展，包括前往大中华与其它亚太地区、欧洲、中亞，中东和拉美等地区。他处理过大量在不同国家的能源和电力项目，也包括土建，港口项目，电讯网络等等。

在任积保险经纪期间, 江先生经常往返国内並负责众多大型项目的保险安排， 例如核电，港口，地铁，石油化工等大型建工项目。

江先生于2009年8月加入苏黎世保险公司主管亚洲区的工程险业务。主要负责亚洲区的工程险核保及市场的发展策略与执行，员工培训及亚洲区的战略规划工作等等。主理不少的标志性项目，例如港珠澳大桥，华晨宝马扩建工程，上海迪士尼等等。

江先生毕业于香港理工大学（工业工程学）。在加入保险行业前，他有常驻在中国工程行业工作的经验。

Dave has over 20 year experience in underwriting of construction risks and as insurance consultant including servicing and managing the needs of major clients, conducting risk surveys, arranging reinsurance programs as well as handling complex technical claims. His knowledge of the construction industry has been widened and enriched by his travel experience around the world servicing the major clients. This includes the Greater China, Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle Asia, Middle East and Latin America etc.

During the time as Insurance Consultant, Dave has been travelling extensively to various parts of China in providing services to the clients and technical support to many important projects including nuclear projects, container terminals, metro, refinery and petrochemical projects etc.

Dave joined Zurich Insurance in August 2009 to head up the construction team in Asia Region. His main responsibilities are providing underwriting and technical support, develop and executive business plans, training and development as well as develop and monitor the business strategy in the region. He leads to handling many major projects such as Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge Project, BMW Brilliance Expansion Project, Shanghai Disney Resort Project etc.

Dave graduated from Hong Kong Polytechnic University (Industrial Engineering). Prior to starting his insurance career in 1992, Dave worked in several industrial fields and has been worked in China on an extended secondment.
