Sandra有将近10年的法律业从业经验，为很多不同行业的业内领跑企业提供战略投资和运营方面的咨询服务，涵盖了跨境并购、合资企业、外国直接投资和私募基金交易。在这些领域内，她在全球大公司和金融机构的并购交易中，在并购交易项目结构设计和谈判方面奠定了其专业技术能力。

Sandra曾在新加坡（Wong Partnership）、巴黎（Gide Loyrette Nouel）、香港 (Clifford Chance and Linklaters) 等地的业内佼佼的律所作为执业律师。在那里，她为东南亚和大中华区的许多公司并购交易提供咨询解决方案，同时也参与了在英国、法国、东欧和非洲地区的跨境并购和合资项目。此外，她还曾借调到北京的一家主权财富基金，其间为一家中国内地公司提供了交易咨询服务，进一步丰富了其相关实践经验。

Sandra在2012年3月加入怡安集团，领导其亚洲区的交易责任保险业务。Sandra凭借其并购交易业务谈判中的丰富经验，特别对于那些希望对复杂交易寻求切合实际的商业解决方案的客户来说，她能起到具有破有帮助和价值的作用。

Sandra精通英语、中文和法语，常驻香港。

National University of Singapore, Bachelor of Laws (Second Upper Class Honours) (2003)

Experience and background:

Sandra is responsible for Aon’s transaction liability practice in the Asia region. Prior to joining Aon in 2012 Sandra was a corporate lawyer for close to 10 years, the bulk of which was spent advising a number of leading international investors across various sectors on their strategic investments and operations in the areas of cross border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, foreign direct investment and private equity transactions, where she developed expertise in structuring and negotiating private M&A transactions for corporate and financial institutions across the globe.

Sandra has practiced in leading law firms in Singapore (Wong Partnership), Paris (Gide Loyrette Nouel) and Hong Kong (Clifford Chance and Linklaters) where she has advised on various leading corporate/M&A transactions in Southeast Asia and the Greater China region as well as deals involving cross border mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures in England, France, Eastern Europe and Africa. She also benefits from the experience gained on secondment in Beijing with a sovereign wealth fund where she advised on PRC-related corporate transactions.

Sandra has a wealth of experience in negotiating M&A transactions and will be particularly beneficial to clients looking to find practical commercial solutions to complex transactions.

Sandra is fluent in English, Mandarin and French. Sandra is based in Hong Kong.
